Translator from Italian and French into English

I'm a full-time freelance translator of written documents from Italian or French into English, specialising in business and legal translations. It's essential to have them accurately translated by a professional, so you'll know exactly what you are agreeing to when you sign on the dotted line, or just what your Italian lawyer is advising you to do.

For other aspects of my work a more creative approach is better, particularly when the translation will be published. If you're marketing something, or publishing a book (such as the recipe book I translated a few years ago), then you may not need a close translation, but you definitely need something written with flair and imagination which works for British readers without losing the essence of the Italian or French text. I will discuss your needs with you before I start working on your project and find a solution that works for you.
